SILVERDISC MUSIC has been in business since 1994. We carry over 350,000 CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, Vinyl LPs, SACDs and DualDiscs, including over 100,000 import titles. Our entire inventory is always on sale. All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Most orders will ship the same or next business day after the order is received and processed. However, some titles are limited in production, so immediate shipment cannot always be guaranteed. Please allow up to four weeks for out of stock items.

Our shipping charges are as follows:

USA First Class - CDs/DVDs: $3.50 first item, $1.00 each additional item
USA First Class - Vinyl: $6.00 first item, $2.00 each additional item

Orders are generally shipped within one to two business days
Delivery is generally two to five business days from the ship date
Please allow up to 21 business days due to occasional postal delays

SilverDisc Music maintains a large inventory to minimize backorders. In the event of a backorder, customers are charged only when the title ships to the consumer. The customer can cancel backordered titles anytime prior to shipping.

To cancel an existing backordered item, please send an email us at gmm-order@silverdisc.com. Be sure to reference your order number in the correspondence. Outstanding orders greater than 30 days will automatically cancel out unless otherwise requested by the customer.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unopened title within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price with the exception of vinyl LP's. Vinyl LP's are non-refundable without a "return authorization number" (RA Number). Please email gmm-order@silverdisc.com for an RA number should a vinyl product need to be returned to the warehouse. Please note: we cannot refund shipping and handling charges unless (1) we made an error with your order (2) the item was defective or (3) the product was damaged in shipping.

Please note that some imported items are shipped without plastic wrap. This is standard packaging process used in many countries outside of the U.S. Please be assured that the merchandise you receive are NEW. In the event an item is found to be damaged or defective, the item will be replaced with a like title. We cannot substitute for another item. If the item is of limited quantity or cannot be replaced, we will credit your account upon receipt of the defective merchandise.
